We guarantee that all our products sold by us will be free from defects in material, workmanship or workmanship for a period of:

Products covered by our limited warranty ( limited warranty ) – 1 year from the date of purchase;

Products under our standard warranty ( standard warranty ) - 3 years from the date of purchase; and

Products covered by our extended warranty ( extended warranty ) – 10 years from date of purchase.
The limited warranty, standard warranty, and extended warranty are subject to the terms below and the terms and conditions on our website in effect at the time of purchase of your product. For details on the nature of the warranty your product is covered by, see the list of products below.
Terms of your warranty
Your warranty does not apply in respect of any defect(s) arising as a result of:

normal wear and tear of the products (e.g. dust fraying during use, or batteries that are low or defective);

intentional damage, misuse/abuse, abnormal storage or conditions of use (including damage caused by any motorized device), accident, negligence or neglect by you or any third party;

your failure to use and/or operate the products in accordance with the installation and operating instructions relevant to your product, and in particular the installation and use of the products in a non-domestic /household environment

any modification or repair by you or by a third party other than one of our authorized repairers;
-
any specification provided by you;

exposure to the elements or
-
In general, any cause other than original material, manufacturing or manufacturing defects

Our obligations are limited to, at our option, repair or replacement of the defective products (or, if the relevant product line has been discontinued, a replacement as close to the original as possible).
To the extent permitted by law in the country of purchase:

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied by terms and conditions or the law, including any implied warranties or conditions of satisfaction with product quality and fitness for a particular purpose, provided that if you are a retail customer , these terms are in addition to your statutory rights under warranty.

Under no circumstances are we liable for consequential damage, indirect damage, loss of profit or other special forms of damage.
The warranty only applies to products purchased and installed within Europe.
Procedure
To make use of our warranty, always contact us first via our customer service. Please provide us with any details and evidence we request regarding damage or defects to the product. Once we have received all the necessary information from you, we will let you know as soon as possible what we will repair or replace if necessary and when we will do this for you. NB! We do not carry out repairs outside our factory.
